Jun, Go and Yas are training for the December Honolulu full marathon, which I was also planning to challenge. However, due to a last minute change in my schedule I’m not able to attend, but I am still running the adidas Auckland Marathon on 31/10/10.

An 80 minute LSD run, trying to build endurance and stamina for the upcoming marathons. I’d ran a bit further as I started from my hotel in Aoyama. It’s a lot more difficult than it seems to run slower and to maintain the pace, but it certain teaches you to control and regulate your breathing and cadence over a much longer distance.
Nike x Undercover “Gyakusou” collection launch, October 20th, National Stadium Sendagaya. Four man 12.8km relay, 35 teams.
I’ll be running in the GIRA #2 team. There’s already a lot of challenges and light smack-talking flying around the different teams, so I guess we’ll see who comes out tops on the 20th. Rumours are flying that Nike JP is assembling a super-athlete team….
So, who wants to stand by the track and hand me shots for every lap? Drink/Run relay; Gyaku-nonde-sou?
